Wightwick Hall School is a joyful, caring, and successful generic secondary special school for learners from age 11 to 19. The school has been through a period of significant growth in recent years with the number on roll increasing from 90 to 164, with 180 pupils anticipated in September.

The new Headteacher will have the opportunity to lead a highly qualified, skilled and committed staff body who are motivated to support the school’s continued progress. There is a real appetite to continue to develop and enhance all aspects of the school’s provision. The new Headteacher must be an inspirational and progressive leader who will harness that energy.
