Our History

About Endeavour Multi Academy Trust

Established in September 2017, Endeavour Multi Academy Trust is a family of schools committed to improving outcomes and life chances for children and young people.

The Trust was founded by two special schools with a shared belief that collaboration strengthens educational provision and creates better opportunities for pupils, staff and communities. Since then, Endeavour has grown to include both specialist and mainstream schools, while remaining committed to inclusion, high expectations and continuous improvement.

Today, our schools serve communities across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Each school retains its own character and identity, while benefiting from shared expertise, professional development and school improvement support across the Trust.

By working together, we aim to provide the highest quality education and ensure every child and young person is supported to achieve their potential.
